John Pierceall

He has practiced exclusively in this area of International Law since 1985 providing service and support to law firms engaged in litigation with foreign defendants. He has caused over 15,000 documents to be served formally in every major nation in the world. He has authored and contributed to works on international service of process and international discovery methods. His work has appeared as a contributor in legal texts, treatises and as author in law reviews and legal periodicals. John has spoken at and participated in various forums at law schools, American Bar Association and American Association for Justice international conferences. He is also a Bar Association approved lecturer.
